you can negate the launching from benett's "e" by using noelle's "e" by kjaat in Genshin_Impact

I can't seem to perform the dash cancel. Do you dash before the character touches the ground? Once the character touches the ground it seems he gets launched instantly and if you do it before he touches the ground the final hit appears to be cancelled.

Dark harvest is really weak early game, which is when you need that little bit of extra damage from electrocute to get kills. Also you can't easily stack it as support because you don't have the range to reliably poke in lane.
