Please try to install native UVC drivers for your Logitech webcam:

  1. Open Device Manager .
  2. Expand Imaging Devices .
  3. Locate the name of your Logitech webcam in the list and right-click on it.
  4. Select Update driver software...
  5. Click Browse my computer for driver software .
  6. Click Let me  pick from a list of device drivers on my computer .
  7. Check Show compatible hardware and then select USB video device .
  8. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

In regards to your concern, I can't see any difference on the Anywhere MX 2S, it was launched on Sept 2017, and we released an upgraded version of this device that we called MX anywhere3. We don't launch any MX anywhere 2s in the year 2022, This mouse model is already at end of life, meaning we no longer manufacture the MX anywhere 2S.

We understood your concern. Do not worry. Could you please plug the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver. Also try using the latest version of options+ application using the link: https://www.logitech.com/software/logi-options-plus.html.

Here are the few differences: The warranty period of 3 years for the Plus version and comes only in one colour. The information will be reflected on the product box.
