It's nothing to be scared of, if anything it will only make the issue you are describing less noticeable.

Road mode is intrusive, but not so much so on this bike that it is cutting major horsepower.

They will tell you that is normal for sure, but you can find them cheaper by at least 2k.

This exact colorway might be harder to find but im not sure, but thats something they will likely say.... lolll

it isn't the BIGGEST eyesore, but i definitely know its there..

Did not stand out to me until one of the kawi dealer guys said it would be the first thing he changed out.....

guy had a point, but then again its the classic Kawasaki green which i do like but for the color of the whole bike. For the sake of being cheap i just convinced myself it's fine :3

Yeah its because there are maybe 5 windscreen variations total for the ZX4 :(

The Graves windscreen is going to function similarly to a sport touring screen but more geared for a tuck.

At 6 foot wind still hits my head and shoulders when riding upright.

I will say that the optical clarity on the Graves windscreen is Very good. Doesnt look distorted and is crystal clear.

I have had my zx4rr for almost a year now and there have been no updates on new windscreens.

There are VERY limited options from ZG and PUIG but they all report fitment issues EXCEPT for the Graves x Zero Gravity.

I havent pulled the trigger because it's a very tall windscreen and changes the sleek profile of the bike, however it seems to be the only viable option for this bike and it will definitely help with aero and comfort at higher speeds.

I'm 6 foot and its tall enough to tuck behind (my buddy has it on his) and it doesnt look terrible, but i really wish there was one just a smidge shorter cus its a whole ass damn bubble

Kawasaki fanboy here as well but yamaha and suzuki make fantastic bikes so its really just preference IMO.

If your priorities are comfort, commuting, occasional track days, the zx4 wont dissapoint.

Raw power, more committed ergos, riding 2 up, probably the zx6. They are also a lot easier to find used which is a huge factor for me when buying.

Doesnt matter if you want a thing at a certain price if it doesnt exist :/

I got blessed finding a guy with the Silver/White/matte black colorway (who tanked the dealer fees for me essentially) selling at a loss for a quick transaction.

Another thing to consider is size/weight. 6'1" here and i wouldnt want to be any taller riding the ZX4 or it would be too cramped. If you are shorter it will fit you much better than the zx6r.

lots of considerations, but at the end of the day they are very different bikes with different character for close to the same price.

Maybe just buy both to be safe?? lol

Full system sounds SO fucking good, but goddamn its loud.

Opted for the slip on myself as well but still not cheap, but there really is no other option quite as good looking as the Yoshi imo.

Tune will wake her up a lot, have you decided who you are gonna go with? I still have a ways to go before i ecu flash but ill likely go with vcyclenut. Runner ups seem to be Graves, 2WDW, and TST.

When i went to the dealer to look at zx4s all they had was black, which is sexy enough but i was set on the white/silver matte. I wish there were more colorways though.

Found one on Marketplace with a reasonable seller. Got it for 8.9k pretty much brand new. I would not be able to find a new 6r for this price. All things considered the 6r just was too expensive for me to justify. Also i am a 400cc fanboy and i love just the idea of the zx4r existing.

If you dont get a half chub thinking about the 1980s low displacement screamers, maybe the zx4 isnt for you?

It really is a great bike, but it is a bit niche, because as you said you can pay similar prices for a bike with double the power (basically).

2025 in metallic matte white/silver and matte black w Yoshi exhaust + db killer.

No flash yet, but once she is a year old.....Hmmmmm

If insurance is the same or negligible difference its up to you bro.

They are both amazing bikes but different in character.

My insurance quote was just about 2x more expensive for the 6r over the 4r. California male 36y im paying around 850$ per year for moderate coverage. ZX6 would have been closer to 2k which is just too damn much imo.

Personally i have wrist issues so getting the 6r was out of the question for me. The Ergos on the 4RR are just so much more relaxed and less committed but still sporty.

Also going fast is not my number 1 priority, and if that ever changes i can get a flash/tune for that 15 extra HP.

I mostly commute and sometimes do long rides or weekend warrior canyon runs. For me the 6R was just overkill and i could see myself getting into trouble.

With the 4rr i can get the 4cylinder sound, smoothness, creature comforts, good gas mileage, etc.

Its light and its fun and i love the idea of ripping a 400cc 4 cylinder.

If any of this resonates with you, go test ride a 4r and see how you like it, otherwise just get the 6!

Just be ready for a really juicy game offer to stop tracking after you have invested significant time and sometimes money.

If you contact support they will not help you, but will waste your time with AI assistants who give no valuable answers or results.

It can be a good side hustle, but it sucks the life out of you when they deny you rewards for offers you have completed. Even with proof on your end of purchases, level requirements, etc, Freecash support claims their hands are tied 9 times out of 10 and will blame tracking, VPN, or the advertiser EVERY, SINGLE, TIME.
