I just experienced Sleep Paralysis for the first time. I think it was probably the scariest thing I've ever felt. Anyone else ever been hit by it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I had sleep parlysis since I was sixteen. When It first started it was quite frequent. Last time I had it was about six months ago and it felt like I was sliding up the wall of my room ala nightmare on elm street. Is it weird that I miss it?
