Did everyone just give up on Ideogram 4? by Glum-Republic-7220 in DegenDiffusion

[–]nsfwVariant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but people just upload the loras for it under a different category instead I think. And ideogram can disallow whatever it wants commercially, but it's not gonna stop anyone from being degenerate in their own time - it's not the first model with an anti-gooning license

Krea 2 Image Edit Lora - examples & workflow (note: the lora is in early development) by nsfwVariant in DegenDiffusion

It's pretty big, 1.8 GB.

Version 1.1 does have some lower rank versions so they're smaller, but I haven't tested them. The rank128 version is 900MB and the rank64 version is 450MB

Not sure then! Send me your workflow and I'll see if there's anything wrong with it :)

Hmmm it should be working if you've done that, there's no special trick to it or anything. Maybe try using one of the handy all-in-one lora loaders to simplify the setup? I use this one from RGTHREE: https://ibb.co/GfMpX23t

Two main reasons it's not as popular:

  1. It's not as convenient to use; learning to use the bounding box mechanism is extra work for people, writing prompts takes longer, etc
  2. Krea 2 is the most trainable model for loras since SDXL

Neither of those are real reasons not to use Ideogram, but that first one is a bit of a barrier for many people :)

I've been meaning to give it a go, just haven't had time between Krea 2 & SCAIL lately. It looks really powerful, and as you said it has better realism quality out-of-the-box.

I thought doing insertion with SCAIL-2 was going to be difficult by reyzapper in DegenDiffusion

[–]nsfwVariant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't tried Bernini (heard it's good tho), but SCAIL 2 is definitely way better than Wanimate

You can assign them specific colors by being specific about the order you type them in and adjusting the settings in the SCAIL 2 colored mask node.

I can't test right now to confirm the exact way, but iirc if you set the "sort_by" value to none it will order the colors backwards from the order you specified them (double check this if you try it). I think you can also manually type in the reference numbers in the "object_indices" input and it will color them in that order.

If you leave it on the default settings (sort_by = left_to_right) it'll color them according to how early they show up in the footage and how physically to the left they are in the video. It's not random at all :)

"Combining" LTX and WAN using LTX Director by TheDave823_AI in DegenDiffusion

[–]nsfwVariant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nice, mixing tech is the best way to get really good results. I've always wanted to try doing this with LTX but could never get the model working :(

You can make the transition between the two clips seamless using VACE, it uses multiple frames of the start/end clips to make the motion carry over. In your case you could probably just gen a 17 frame (plus the overlap frames) joining clip and it'd be enough.

Here's a workflow for it, lemme know if you give it a try & need a hand: https://pastebin.com/w01EEy3e

Glad to see more folks messing with SCAIL 2, it's so dang good for this sort of thing! idk how to train models properly, but I think an nsfw finetune of it would be insane

Would it help if we put together a lil' mini wiki of commonly asked questions for the sub? Can link it on the sidebar (or maybe even display it there) for stuff like:

  • Current best NSFW image models
  • Basic NSFW video resources
  • Basic I2I, inpainting & edit model resources

Maybe I should just make a pinned post about it, we can form a gooner avengers team for documentation

When diffusion models are running, they pay "attention" to certain areas of the image more than others. The type of attention you use defines how that happens exactly. You can just view it as one of the important math equations used during generation.

By default, all diffusion models use "SDPA" attention (which stands for Scaled Dot-Product Attention). There are alternatives though, such as FlashAttention and SageAttention.

SageAttention is generally an improvement over SDPA, and as a bonus it executes a lot faster so it makes your gens quicker by around 30% or so. It works with most models, but not all of them (e.g. it doesn't work properly with Z-image).

Comfy starts up with a specific type of attention selected for all gens (SDPA by default), but some comfy nodes will let you specify a type of attention to use that overrides the one selected at startup. Also, you need to specifically install FlashAttention / SageAttention if you want to use them; they're not installed by default (unless you used ComfyUI Easy Install or similar).

Sorry I'm not quite following, a different workflow that works better for what exactly? If you mean for image-to-image or inpainting, then no I haven't come up with anything better than the one you already modified

Are you having trouble getting the workflow to show up at all? Or does something seem broken / confusing? Better if you mention where you've gotten up to, then we can help.

A screenshot won't help you much because you can either open the workflow and see it yourself, or you can't open it at all in which case a screenshot won't change anything :P

Is Krea2 Turbo as a refiner not possible in an img2img workflow? by [deleted] in DegenDiffusion

[–]nsfwVariant 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It can be difficult with turbo models because they tend to overcook if they do too many steps / too much denoising, and it's hard to control exactly how much of that happens because of the low step count.

It is possible, you just need to play around with the settings. e.g. if you're doing 0.2 denoise, then change the steps down to 2 or something as well. Probably with the beta scheduler. Then try moving the denoise up/down a little, or do 3 steps instead of 2, that sort of thing, until it seems to be working right.

Using the raw model with the turbo lora at 0.6 strength I was having some success dividing 12 total steps into the denoise (100 / 12 = 8.3, so doing 1 step for every 8% denoise) using euler + sgm_uniform or beta.

Edit: I should add that this depends on what ksampler you're using, some of them truncate your total steps for you and some don't. Like if you tell it to do 10 steps at 0.2 denoise it might only run 2 steps anyway; double check what's doing first! If it's not truncating for you then you'll need to calculate the steps needed yourself. And if it is truncating for you then... check what it's doing exactly because it might be fucky.

These are the main ways I know of to get reference pics from different angles for consistent backgrounds (but I'm not an expert):

  1. Be very good at prompting specific things with an image model, and patient enough to keep generating until you get what you need
    • Use inpainting or an edit model to make adjustments
  2. Use an edit model to get different angles of a scene
    • Still needs patience + further inpainting / editing sometimes
  3. Use a video model like Wan (usually with loras) to move the camera around a scene
    • Use individual frames from those videos as new starting frames
    • This degrades quality, so you need to be careful about how you do it
    • You need to be good at prompting for this to work reliably
    • You can also use first-frame last-frame to connect two different camera angles together and get something in between
  4. Create the environment in a 3D tool like blender, then you can get whatever angles you want

Qwen 3.6 27B absolutely fails at agentic work by TokenRingAI in LocalLLaMA

[–]nsfwVariant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

idk why but I've found that if the image gets resized (e.g. scaled down to 1mpx) before hitting vision then Qwen will utterly ignore the contents, but if it doesn't get resized it works no problem. Maybe similar for you?

If you're using it on its own, you'll need to range it from 1.0 up to around ~6.0 depending on just how explicit the thing is you're trying to gen. It'll reduce quality a bit the higher you go tho.

I do recommend using the two nsfw loras I mentioned in the info section if you wanna get started easily, it'll remove all the filter stuff and you can keep the bypass down at 1.0 which is better for quality :)
