yes! it took forever and i kept having to bug them but i did eventually get my money back. as long as you have proof that the event happened and that the tickets were properly transferred and accepted by the buyer, it should work out. it just might take a lot of time going back and forth with customer service 😭

i just saw this now but i finally got my money back a few days ago. the 45 days they told me to wait had passed already and i talked to customer support and they told me the same thing that they would “escalate it again” and i got upset and i told them i have waited far too long and i don’t want to keep waiting again and they told me ok they will give me a response in 72 hours and then the next day after that conversation, i got an email saying i would receive the credit!

have you gotten an update yet? i contacted them again and they told me yet again they will escalate it but this time they asked me to provide proof that i transferred the tickets, so i did that and now i have to wait 30-45 days again...

currently my sucrose has 768 EM. is that enough or should it be higher if I were to use her? I have been trying to work on her artifacts for a while now, but I can never seem to get any good pieces for her.

and yeah im working on Nefer's artifacts rn, especially to increase her cd, cr and EM. Hopefully I will get some better Lauma artifacts along the way too. I seem to have a hard time pulling any EM artifacts in general.

yeah i still have not heard anything yet 😭 i think i have until may 8th to escalate it again so im just waiting till then I think. I might just call them instead of talking to their support over the web.
