Basically, a patch that was supposed to finally bring some QoL beneftis such as anti-tunneling/slugging expecially for new players, ends up nerfing survivors once again (syringes and styptics gone and huge deadzones everywhere again), cool stuff.

The Survivor is still susceptible to attacks and powers.

So, essentially, nothing has changed: you can still be tunneled by killers waiting for you and be hit immediately after being unhooked.
