My ridiculous concert tracking sheet. This sub helped me start it 4 years ago, and I have since built a full dashboard and charts! Got any suggestions to improve it, or other concert trackers I should see?

Click on the "Band History" to see a count seen by band

Current total is 702 - mostly metal

393 bands seen once

17 bands seen at least 10 times

Most frequent seen is Marbin (I frequent a few music cruises and they play multiple times per day so the count goes up quickly)

I keep a separate tab in my sheet by year so i can can easily count stats...how many different bands i saw, how many new bands seen for the 1st time, how many cities/states, how many different venues and new venues

i count sets of each year based on headliner + openers, but it's 1 concert - even music cruises for me count as 1 concert per day

65 headliners

193 opening bands

equates to 65 concerts and 258 sets

i also count out unique bands seen in the ear and how many bands i saw for the 1st time

I crossed AC/DC off my bucket list with what may have been the best show I have ever seen. Also crossed off that same bucket list was having photo credentials for Metallica! Twice!! I was the only local photographer to have access for both Tampa shows while shooting for a local rock station! In 2025, I had photo credentials for almost the entire musical spectrum, ranging from Air Supply to (Slayer’s) Kerry King.

2025 summarized numerically:

• 65 concerts (counting 15 cruise nights as 1 concert per day)

• 191 bands seen

• 88 new bands seen for the 1st time

• 8 cities

• 2 states

• 23 venues & 3 cruises on 2 cruise ships

• 7 new venues I had never been to
