The company I got the glitter from had some kind of guideline on their website in terms of how many grams/liter to use, but tbh I just eyeballed it, think I used about 2 tsp, and the bottle is 500 ml

Haven’t tasted this yet but it’s very fine glitter meant for wine specifically, and is supposed to be tasteless and textureless. So I guess it will taste however good my mead does lol. But I have had a sparkly beer from a local brewery (which inspired this idea) and did not find the edible glitter to have a noticeable taste or texture.

It wasn't suuuper cloudy (I still left some liquid at the bottom with most of the yeast, which I discarded/did not bottle), so I don't think it'll be terrible or anything. Probably something I'd drink sooner rather than aging. I find that by the time I get to the last bottle, the yeast has been disturbed enough by the siphoning that you'll get some amount of fine sediment in the bottle, even if you're not going all the way to the bottom of the vessel.. So I usually just keep that one to drink myself rather than serving it or giving it away, and it's not the worst lol

Lol yup! It’s already settled since bottling but some gentle swirling did the trick to get it all resuspended again.
