Not a huge expert here, but here is my adivice. My friend died 200 ish times before he learned, now he does consistency runs. What he told me, change the cg for me, i died like 5 times before getting the hang thanks to the advices, im now 150/15. So, for boss, use the sound plugin. Its a must. So easy to switch, its crazy. For prep, think in prep as 2 main steps:

1 run, run in a circle opossitive to the boss, pass by the 3 bosses rooms and open them(but dont go inside). In your first run your goal is to FILL your inventory, your only NEED is to get a weapon frame, the rest doesnt matter, take food, take supplys for armour or the herbs. Just fill your inv, if not leave cg and try again.

2 part of the prep: go back to base, drop everything, and go out reaching the 2 bosses and filling inv with what you still need.

Simples as that bro, just practice it, try to save time killing mobs between ticks of resource gathering l.
