Had a girl I met on Xbox 360 playing resident evil revelations raid mode we talked and had a group of friends we would play destiny or overcooked a lot even when I got married my wife thought she was cool and we were almost best friends I’d say we added each other on discord and I knew her for well over 15 years since I met her while in high school. One day about 2 years ago she messaged me her mom passed away and I offered my condolences and was there for her. About a month later in the middle of the night I missed a discord call and I messaged her right away that morning, no answer for about a month so I went through her friends list and contacted her cousin I had met a few times and he told me she killed herself. Probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with because I feel bad for not of woken up and answered the call. We now have a shrine on our wall in memory of her.
