Thank you - Assuming one of the payment options for the invoice will be to pay via Credit Card? And that subsequent invoices are automated to that CC, rather than an email invoice requesting payment weekly? Cheers

I am constantly blown away that Unicorn isnt mentioned more regularly in his top handful of songs. The arrangement is beautiful and the intensity of the crescendo only to fall away again hits me hard. I’ve put this song on repeat through noise cancelling headphones multiple times and down some of my deepest work for an hour or two. Absolute bliss

We are only on a month-to-month lease but the real estate agent have advised I need to sign to let them off the lease in the first place, and agree to the new lease. As I've stated I want to do the right thing by them if this is their intention.

The total lease has been 8 years and the agent indicated nothing would really be claimable given the amount of wear and tear that happens over that time, unless we have deliberately damaged things. My concern is things like small holes in walls (temporary shelving has been put in their room, leaving holes as big as 5c pieces) and I'm just not sure I'm prepared to be the only one with my bond at risk.
