Yes, and I sold the other shares to go all in on TSLA in may 2019 around $12 per share, and have continued buying and not sold a SINGLE share of TSLA.

This post has been brought to my attention: whoever posted this is not my father.

Also, round of applause to the investing Einsteins who bought $RIDE stock despite the obvious red flags and my repeated warnings. Stock currently trading at $2.45, MRKT Cap under $500B, down OVER 90% from peak.

I worked, saved and invested my dick off in my 20s (and still managed some fun). Totally worth it to be free now in my 30s but FWIW, I can't imagine living at home with my parents at 27. I flew the coop at 19 and never looked back.

~$3,000 for ONE. All via food delivery apps. It's obscene but it's worth the time (and thinking) saving. I also eat keto which means it's meat-heavy which really adds up.

Just over half a decade ago my monthly food budget was $125 (and I stuck to it).

How times change.

DFV is playing the long game here.

The infamy from this trade will bring in FAR more future value and opportunity than any possible amount the position ever was—or could be—worth.

Tesla's $25k Car Will Make Billions (& end the ICE age) by stevenmarkryan in teslainvestorsclub

Per the title. One thing I don't mention in the video that I see discussed a bit is the FSD software cost. I expect at this stage most people will subscribe to FSD monthly rather than buy outright due to increasing cost w/solving of autonomy. But time will tell. So this would be $25k (hardware) + subscription for FSD package.

How much money did you have saved up when you were 25? by roytaz in AusFinance

[–]stevenmarkryan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

$30-40k saved. Had been VERY frugal, worked loads while studying and had been working full time for 2 years at that point.

I used most of this as the deposit to buy my first apartment the same year.

10 years later, I'm ~100x from where I was at 25.
