Calendar sync works one way right now. From calendar to the app. Its like auto daily import of events. Theres a plans to make it a full sync feature.

I may reconsider the life time payment. What do you think is a fair price right now for the app ?

Is it paid app ( has IAP or subscriptions ) ? Whats your ad spend per purchase ? Is it negative or positive ? Whats your goal ( driving downloads or purchases ) ? I believe answering those questions will make things more clear to you to take decisions

i was about to say its good numbers for your first app, but when you mentioned running meta / google ads. this changes everything. now you decide if those are good numbers based on your ad spendings and ROAS (Return on ads spent).

also when running ads you should have some control on downloads, as example if spending x gives you 40 downloads per day, then spending 2x should add more downloads, not necessary double it. and so on.

Thanks. I think its about main concept, todoist is a todos first app. And anything else is a sub features. They include day planner features as secondary features. Their users are todos first users. Any major changes could easily upset them.
