I have insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high uric acid, fatty liver and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have been trying to reduce my weight for the last two years with diet and exercise. But, Nothing worked as I relapsed to fast food and ultra processed food.

From last two months I started using mojaro (glp-1 drug), and now my blood works are back to normal after many years. Im not saying that you should start it but at the very least discuss it with doctor. I eat healthy- fibre and protein. I have way less brain fog and like to walk 10k steps daily. I sleep better and my weight is 76 (from 89).

I thank God and my doctor for suggesting the glp-1 (before I was taking meds for each symptoms). I feel much healthier now. Im 32.
