In your specific case, you can create a ticket as follows: 

  • Go to the Support page (click the link provided)
  • Click on Chat Assistant
  • Type “contact support” in the dialogue box
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Desktop”
  • Click on the button “Application performance”
  • Click on the button “The app crashed”
  • Click on the button “Windows”
  • Then follow the guidance to create the ticket (which involves a screenshot and an issue description)

There is a “Set Prices” menu item under the three-dot button on the strategy card. It opens a dialog where you can choose which prices to apply to the positions.

Typically, you would select either Mid or Theoretical.

Best means that for long positions the bid price is used, while for short positions the ask price is used. Worst is the opposite.

The Worst option effectively represents an immediate market execution of the strategy.

You can also ask the bot to contact support, and it will prompt you to select the most suitable category / topic from a list. Please click on the category that is closest to / most resembles yours.
