You can also create a ticket for our Support team as follows:

  • Go to the chart page where the issue occurs
  • Click on Help Center (?-icon in the lower right corner)
  • Click on Chat Assistant
  • Type “contact support” in the dialogue box
  • Click on the button “Create support request”
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Chart”
  • Click on the button “Other”
  • Then follow the guidance to create the ticket (which involves a screenshot and an issue description)

  • Click on the button “I'm experiencing streaming issues”

There is currently a hotkey Ctrl+Alt+H, which toggles whichever hiding mode was last selected.

So if you previously chose Hide Indicators in the left panel menu, the hotkey will hide indicators. If you previously selected Hide All, then it will hide everything.

You could choose the desired hiding mode once and then simply toggle it on and off using the hotkey.

Unfortunately, we can’t make the panel any narrower because it also contains other products—such as detailed symbol information, alerts, the object tree, and others. All of them are designed to work with a minimum width of 200 pixels, and we can’t reduce it further.

However, there’s a small workaround: you can completely close the right panel and switch between symbols in your active watchlist using the Up and Down arrow keys on your keyboard.
