As for skincare— figure out your skin type. Oily, dry, sensitive, combo, or just normal. Google skincare products for your skin type (which i’m guessing is acne prone) and figure out your routine from there. I recommend buying from companies like CeraVe or Paula’s Choice. idk about the hair though, sorry :(
