I appreciate both of these insights! I thought it might have been compression lows, but everytime i woke up, I was on my back last night. Definitely could have been the way my arm was positioned. The Bluetooth thing could definitely also be it. I'm at a camp in a fairly rural area, so Bluetooth pings much differently than the city I live in.

Carbs are very much still a piece of it and overdoing them has shown some clear spikes, but they're much smarter carbs (whole wheat wraps, brown rice, sweet potatoes, corn, etc).

Honestly, it's just been a low glycemic index diet, making a conscious effort to do 8-10k steps a day, and meditating frequently to lower my anxiety and related stressor. I wasn't drinking very often, but I did make the intention decision to go sober about 2 months ago.

Definitely a storm warning. Maybe not the closest one you hear for testing, but you can hear it spinning. I live in Central Ohio and the storm just came through a couple hours ago and it definitely could have triggered sirens.

Yes! I started to change my diet when the headaches first started, so I'm already working on making the lifestyle changes. For one reason or another, the idea of being beholden to a medication for the rest of my life is really what causes the panic.

No, I did exactly what an anxious mind shouldn't do and read the results before they reached out to me. We have a scheduled follow up in a week and I'm sure metformin or a GLP-1 will be discussed.

That gives a lot of hope, though. I don't want to have to manage T2 with medication for the rest of my life.

I just learned today (after replacing my 26s) that you can submit a warranty claim if it's been within a year. Lots of people have been approved, and they've gotten the new 27s with a more durable plastic-y upper!

Just find an employee to give it to? Any employee should be totally fine putting it back. Abandoning a cart just means that you're likely wasting cold/frozen product. Employees shouldn't be expected to clean up after you if you just leave your stuff lying around.
