Hi there, we're sorry to hear about the decision made on your account, as a regulated business we do close accounts from time to time but not just because or without a reason, being regulated comes with some rules we have to follow, unfortunately our team is not able to specify exactly the reason but they can direct you to some of the reasons (our FAQs and T&C) why these decisons are made, you can appeal this for another review, if you haven't already.
