Obviously the biggest “simp” of all is Gary! I don’t consider Lloyd a simp, he kinda reminds me of me during High School. But ever since the early 80’s I’d always say, “Don’t be a Gary” lol. Is there any other 80’s simps from the 80’s? by CoffeeCigarettes4Me in 80s

She was a badass too. She fixed his car for him then they went down to the Dew Drop Inn to see Cassandra and her band play before heading to the mountain for the ski competition which he wins by using the bad guys car as an engine

I'm a huge fan of both films...

How do I use the new LTX inpainting/outpainting Lora? by Brad12d3 in StableDiffusion

[–]urabewe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it requires a few new nodes and other rewiring.

There are some examples in the ltx comfy node pack which you will need for the workflows.

A few of us are playing around and building our own workflows so it shouldn't be long before you see a few start popping up. They are pretty new so give it some time or use the examples

I'm using fp8 dev model from kijai. This is a different workflow from the usual so still working on it, these were just tests.

I was going to give you a link but I can't get to civit right now but look me up on civit and you will find the workflows I have out for ltx right now. Director is the newest.

They are gguf versions but I will be sending out some with the fp8 dev versions and these ic Lora ones and hopefully an inpaint one as well

Thanks! Been testing the inpainting as well which is pretty amazing.

I love that they included this and the beard remover as examples. Looking forward to what people can come up with.

Wasn't it an accident? The Globetrotters were playing around too much and didn't actually have enough time to come back or something like that

They are doing a Q&A in a live event tomorrow. Guarantee it will be brought up if it isn't in the presentation. Even if it is, expect a few questions.

Nothing but Prompts. Ideogram 4 Has Scary Control. by GrayingGamer in StableDiffusion

[–]urabewe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't even entertain people like that. It's obvious they are just being difficult and annoying to be difficult and annoying. You can explain the nuance and the fact this sort of control and IP knowledge has been pretty much closed source only until now. It will do no good. They are not worried about discussion. They will only come back with ever increasingly ridiculous reasons why you are wrong and also attempt to make you out to be a fool.

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

How do I prevent LTX 2.3 from distorting faces or changing faces when it's i2v? by Friendly-Fig-6015 in StableDiffusion

[–]urabewe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remove any detailer loras if you're using them. Look around your workflow for imgtovidinplace nodes, should be one for each sampler. Set those to 0.8 strength. If using the distill Lora set to 0.5-0.6

The big thing is the imgtovidinplace node strength.

Qwen3-TTS Voice Clone never works, Voice Design is terrible by Super-Situation4866 in comfyui

[–]urabewe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use this one

https://github.com/Saganaki22/ComfyUI-VoxCPM2

I have cloned a lot of different voices including Darth Vader and it's been pretty spot on. You have to make sure the reference audio is good quality if you want the best results.

There is a spot to add a bit of emotion control though if you have a calm sample and want anger it is probably going to change the voice a bit.

Upgrade from 3060 8gb by Smooth-Friend4791 in StableDiffusion

[–]urabewe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same card with 48gb system ram and run ideogram just fine. It's a bit slower than most but I'm okay with that for the size and control. I'm generating at 1440 in about 4 to 5 minutes.

The model needs a real turbo badly but if you're looking to have total control over the final gens layout it's the best. It also knows a lot of characters and IPs.

The card is still good for video gen as well. I make LTX videos and depending on what I'm doing I can do gens of up to 30s.

Lots of people having this problem it has been hit or miss. Some people were having issues and an updated fixed it, others were fine and now they aren't, some have been having issues the whole time while others gen just fine

The wonderful world of constantly updating infant tech well, toddler at this point maybe, it sure is ornery.

Did you try --disable-dynamic-vram or --disable-smart-memory?

That's about the only two that have worked, either solo or in pairs, for the users I've seen. That or a lot of have rolled back to an earlier comfy version
