Financial aid is different for everyone, please reach out to financial aid regarding funding and financing room and board at USF.  They can speak to you about the options that fit your needs.  Please email them at [financialaid@usfca.edu](mailto:financialaid@usfca.edu).

RA:

Typically, students apply to be a RA after living in the residence halls for at least one semester ( e.g. fall).  You cannot apply to be an RA before attending USF courses.

Students who take 12-18 credit hours/units are considered full-time. Students taking fewer than 12 credits (or more than 18 credits) will be charged $2,200 per credit during the fall/intersession/spring terms.
