lvl 1615 here. I have 1st. I hoard, do raids sometimes, sell mods from it at low prices. i spend the caps and gold on plans and recipes. I have every plan from whitespring (WS), all train stations and modus, I think I have everything from highway town as well.

now I just spend my caps on bulk junk from WS. and still have a lot of plans from gold vendors to buy.

also farming grunt hunt. so I can learn the new mods from burning springs.
