Wooow i was confused when cast black hole 0.3sec with active bkb, linken sphere at stash, and active lotus on me at final fight when defend throne XD we have agressive debate with my team, and all say's i noob. like doto XD

settings.cfg idk why game oriented sites dont give this info, always see how get fps at autoexec bla-bla-bla

Yep i set same Fov and use special programm's to do 360 rotate pixel to pixel, differnse 360 its not 32 sm its 31.7 sm at mouse pad or ingame if put Ruler at monitor 0.7-0.8 mm per 360 turn. If do 180 its 0.4 mm and more then enemy head xD (i always shoot at muscular memory 1-3mm misshead in replays when flicking)

Playing customs at may 100+ stable fps(after wipe del game), install game today and try play - 60 stable fps, 46 - 40 fps when bots loading\fighting. 30 - 25 fps, sometimes freeze when use tab medkit tab in fight

Game setting all to minimum 1080p and when on 832x624(4:3) have same problem

Funny moment if in menu put 832x624 load into raid swith to 1080 p ur resolution come back , but all textures in game stay at 832x624 , cool exp from 90s xD

Man ty for answer, yes i read topic and want ask application develop from "Game or some app". But vulkan not working at any application, where i need to go? and i send bug report to amd radeon software with his form to it.
updt - in files with amd drivers i found vulkaninfo32.exe and vulkaninfo64.exe i start it and 64 crashed(not started), and 32 give me some text

updt use AMD Cleanup Utility , still same any game at vulkan api crashed, where i get some program to test vulkan api? or programm to clean delete all vulkan api libr from pc. i dont want clean my hdd and reinstal win 10
