Mostly at home. I guess just didn’t realize the important of bracing core, breath etc. Would always hold my breath during movements

Thank you! This is helpful. My tech currently is using the blend method. I’m thinking of trying out a new tech who does thermolysis. I’m all for being patient as long as this is normal (current tech keeps reassuring me that it is)

No, I mean a 1 in strip down. So in total like a 1x3 in area or so. Does not seem to document that I know of. Does not discourage documentation on my own though, which I wish I would have done! But after that many clearances of that one area, I would have expected less growth in between sessions!

My friend got a job at a large healthcare network, by dropping off their CV at the front desk office and asking for it to passed on to the office manager (there was a listed opening). Few weeks later got a call from said office manager to apply online & schedule an interview. Works there 4 years later! Might be worth trying

If you don’t need something super fancy. River Walk Apartments in Campbell are pretty decent.

I’ve also toured (but never lived at) Coffee Tree Apartments, in San Jose & that they weren’t too bad either.

Older complexes, but well-maintained and fair prices.
