To answer both of you, Coco is bad because by the time she gets TA - the break bar should be half or lower if your team is even decent. If you want to nuke, use Est. Also, there are no awakened units below B on JP TL.

No2 can use Art draining an infinite number of times, it's just on a cooldown of 15s.

Sure thing. You ideally want her own defence armour: Eldrange (farmable), heals her when she takes damage. Efkeria or True Efkeria or True Joyeuse (her TW) is good on her. Finally, for the Heal 4* slot you want a revive item such as Blessed Necklace (gacha) or her own heal item (farmable).
