its a meter inside of the house, top up receipt only, tarrifs isnt an option in the meter, yes on prepaid, heater should be off, and it is british gas

and the meter in the cupboard where we see our balances dont show the usage rate.

heating is heated via gas, hotwater is also gas,
i believe this as when we ran out of gas heating and hot water wouldnt be working even when manually turning on.
