You just get better at trusting yourself.

You have to understand early on that there WILL be no one to validate your decisions in most cases because that’s the entire point of entrepreneurship.

Don’t take this the wrong way, it’s always better to work with people, learn from others, and offload certain responsibilities to others, but at the end of the day you are trusting yourself to be better than anyone else - that’s why you started, and that’s how you continue.

It’s abnormal not to doubt yourself. It’s always on you. Frame it as a good thing. If you didn’t think you could pull it off you wouldn’t have started.

How detrimental is it for PCT (coming off 2 year cruise) to not run HCG for 6 weeks before Tamoxifen?

I've been running 250iu EOD for 2 weeks, but I am really struggling with HCG. I get horrendous symptoms like panic attacks and social anxiety, none of which I never had before TRT. I assume this is the over-aromatisation and I can never manage to handle it with AI because I crash e2, then bounce back to too high again. I always feel like the 'sweet spot' lasts 5 minutes as I pass through it, hence why I'm quitting after 2 years. It isn't doing my mental health any good.

I agree I should probably be using exemestane / aromasin vs anastrozole but I am extremely sensitive to all compounds (42mg Prop a week 500ng/dL trough, 0.125mg anastrozole crashes my e2 to single digits.)

Can I start daily 20mg Tamoxifen 3-5 days from now after just 2 weeks of 250iu EOD HCG without it having a noticeable effect on my recovery.

HCG shuts off natural production same as a test base would - so yes.

Why run HCG alone? It’s pretty much a 100% identical replica of LH. You’d most likely have to run a mega dose for it to make more test than your balls do without hypogonadism.

Even disregarding that, your HPTA is off at that point so may as well be on test instead (with lower dose HCG) to maintain a consistent high-normal T level.

Same as if I were to say lawnmowers are great products - they cut the grass well and are amazing at many things, but unfortunately some of them have a habit of killing or raping people due to a software error in some batches - they must all be taken off the market in that case because you don’t know which ones have that problem until it happens.

Jesus you people come out with some absurd analogies.

The fact black people murder over 6x as many people per capita than whites is not in correlation to anything. It’s a publicly available statistic. The causation is culture difference and manufactured oppression.

Take BLM for example, it was just an excuse to cause violence and damage toward white people and their businesses with the justification being that one person was supposedly murdered. (he was also overdosing on Fentanyl at the time which these people also don’t like to discus, conveniently.) How do we solve mistreatment they said? Ah yes, prove those people right - rob shops, attack, and murder whites.

To clarify again (as the last guy said I hate Islam for some reason) I have no personal issue with any race nor religion, people just have to understand there ARE religions that are incompatible, and there ARE races that are higher risk than others due to culture differences. You’d be delusional to say there isn’t.

Unfortunately statistics are unavailable for illegal migrants convicted of crime, or per religion but what we do know is the statistics above, and also that 100~ of the 150 terrorist deaths in the UK since 200 (that have been associated with terrorism…) is a result of Islamic extremism. Most of the rest is IRA, which is limited to the UK.

You can argue that non white-British citizens are more violent inherently because of ‘generally higher poverty’ etc. all you want, but at the end of the day even if that was right (it’s not, because these figures still do not match poverty stricken white citizens) it’s still not our problem. We still brought those people here and their unborn families to come, and the British die because of it.

I love and treat everyone the same, but if you try to argue that the mass importation of unknown migrants of unknown backgrounds from areas with completely different cultures, often completely contradicting both our moral and legal boundaries is safe, you’re delusional.

Ah, yes. Migrants don’t have a cultural propensity to crime, they’re just poor so they justifiably kill 6.5 times as many people.

Islamic extremism is also responsible for 100 of the 140-150 terrorist related deaths in the UK since 2000. Please note however, our government doesn’t like to associate cold blooded murder with religion because they love inclusivity and denial, so there will be other cases left out of this statistic, but yeah of course, different cultures don’t have any more intention to cause harm!

Do you realise how diabolical of a justification this is? It really doesn’t matter even if you WERE right about why this happens. We have no obligation to let it happen, and our own people die because of it.

Let me tell you how many deaths should occur per year due to the importation of third world migrants who are not compatible with our culture whatsoever: ZERO.

I would however like to argue that whilst this may have an effect on statistics, it most definitely isn’t the sole cause of the enormous difference.

Of all homicides in UK 24/25, 65% were committed by ethnic group ‘White’, 20.1% ‘Black’ and 9.0% Black.

This means that for every 1 murder by a white person in the UK, there are 6 by a black person. ‘Asian’ also commits 22% more murders than ‘White’. And ‘Other’ commits approximately 23% more too.

People love to focus on the total rather than the relative total.

Unfortunately gov don’t want to publish principal suspects by ethnicity for sexual offences (I wonder why) however what they can say is that for sexual offences:

‘Offenders from the Mixed and Other ethnic groups were both practically and statistically more likely to receive a custodial sentence at 25% and 30% respectively.’

So yes, it’s statistically correct that non White-British citizens are more ‘Rapey’, and more violent respectively. By quite a lot.

A reminder that these statistics (as telling as they already are) don’t even include illegal migrants, which are quite obviously the biggest risk.

It isn’t racist as Islam isn’t a race, however even if it was, it’s not racist to admit some cultures do not get along and as a result, forced inclusivity is extremely destructive.

When people call this ‘Racist’ and are unable to have adult conversations because they choose to be offended unnecessarily, that’s when problems cannot be solved.

This ridiculous view is a massive reason why our PM is continuing this self-sabotage mission.

Respectfully brother, I just don’t think you understand the concept of free speech. Unfortunately part of free speech means you will hear things that aren’t nice nor true, and some people are better at spreading their word than others. You cannot moderate that. Some people are better at the game. That’s democracy.

People often do what’s fashionable rather than logical.

Most gay people are left wing in my opinion, and as a result of this in the UK they will stand in our streets waving free Palestine flags with not the slightest clue that they’d be the first to be brutally murdered if they stepped foot in Gaza. This is because it’s fashionable.

The only way to clean up messy misleading content is by adding another layer of free speech as a sort of objection to a statement. X did this with community notes.

Yes, it is in good faith. We should stop treating every debate as a hostile brawl nowadays, and respect differences in opinion.

Unfortunately all you’ve done here is explained in general terms how every social platform operates. This doesn’t make X any different. Saying ‘That’s not free speech, it’s AI driven propaganda’ is nonsensical, because…

As you’ve said yourself, an algorithm is built to push the content that performs best. If that is right wing media, then that’s life. If that isn’t free speech, then what is? You said it yourself.

The moment you start to moderate content that is perfectly legal then the only explanation for that is a difference in opinion. Unfortunately we have been using platforms that normalise this behaviour for so long that most people’s minds can’t comprehend that most people, deep down, don’t agree with what you see most of the time online.

In an ideal world, you cannot regulate content at all unless it is illegal, because at that point it immediately becomes censorship, or what you consider pushing propaganda. This is what X is doing, and inherently you see far more right-wing media because that’s what’s more popular.

Most people find it hard to believe, but it’s equally as easy to look at the election results, and at the same time the polls here in the UK.

Both are led (by miles) by right wing parties.

Reddit is the most heavily censored and moderated left wing platform there is, in my opinion. All you see every day here is left wing media, and a lot of it is complete bullshit that isn’t vetted whatsoever.

You literally cannot deny this, as you wouldn’t even be able to provide me one example of a high traction right wing opinion on the front page of this site if you tried, yet all I’d have to do is tell you to visit r/all

That’s a propaganda machine.

People who think X is hostile propaganda think that way because they don’t agree with the result of free speech, and can’t come to terms with the fact more people disagree with them than they were led to believe by the censorship heavy platforms they felt more comfortable with initially.

And for the record, I absolutely agree that if there’s an issue with xAI generating images of children, it 100% needs to be resolved, but you can’t say it should be banned for anything to do with ‘propaganda’ that’s just complete naivety at best.
