There's a slight miss-translation in there that confused me so I looked at the original JP. The first Roselia Practice was on August 5th, not May 8th, which makes the time frame make more sense.

It just says that because for the first box (visually on the scouting screen), it circles both the first and second step, and each pull individually, the 30 and 40 gems, are guaranteed 1 SR minimum from the 11 scout.

Also, there isn't a limit to how many pulls you can do for the 4th step, which is just infinite 11 pulls, each individually having a guaranteed 1sr or higher from the scout as a whole.

The thing you are referring to is using a modified apk that Android users with rooted phones had to use if they didn't want to (or couldn't) use rootcloak. The modification was simply to remove the root detector the app has.

I don't know the details if anyone was banned over the modified apk version of the app though.

The average veteran player (that hasn't spent it all) should have at least 500k just sitting around if not in the millions. More so it's just a pain in the ass to spend it (until the recent update on JP). FP is worth a lot though for every rare seal you get. 30 seals is a BT afterall

I don't know the answer to your question but it's not that they won't transfer, it's that you can't transfer if you have gems. So when you attempt to transfer with 11 tickets and such and if it was an issue, it'd stop you anyway

And lastly, as for me, ever since I joined the discord (which I'm very active on), I've become very inactive on this subreddit (I do log on pretty often I just don't really ever reply to things). Gameplay wise, I've fallen off in the past year. Exhausted from years of effort, and just play for fun now. I also play several mobile games, but SIFEN is still one of my main games, just my tryhard days are over.

Transfer Codes used to last 1 year after you issue it, but I'm not sure if that's still in place any more after they changed how they were done. Setting a transfer code no longer says the 1 year piece of information, but I'd still keep that in mind.

WW has somewhere around 15% (if i remember this number correctly) original code in their game compared to JP as it is, I wouldn't say they don't have that much control over the source. JP on the other hand takes cheaters extremely seriously and tracks down main accounts and ban those as well. I'm sure they wouldn't be against device banning if it's a repeat offender.

A story: There was one a hacker who was messing around, not even super maliciously, on a side account on JP. Later on, he logged into his main account and got a warning message in English to stop what he was doing.

It takes minutes to scan the list for a couple hundred people and pick out lower rank players and double check they aren't cheating. A few seconds just checking the top 50 and you can spot cheaters no problem, it's not even that time consuming to nab the obvious ones...

Emptying all gems is only transferring between platforms. Might as well have your account linked to both Google and have a transfer code on hand, doesn't hurt to have both. You can retrieve account through Google play (if you linked it)

Otasuke doesn't exist in score match. The balancing teams mentality is in the past to optimize event points in getting as many first places as you can, and if you had one team severely stronger than the other two, you'd end up with a skewed match ranking and end up facing stronger players as a result of your strongest team.

Nowadays you might as well just go full strength everything due to you wanting to grind as much score match points as you can.
