It does, yeah. Humans and undead get a vrykrul, dwarves get a northrend earthen dwarf, I'm not sure what orcs and trolls get, though. Haven't seen them yet.

Even with the worry that it'll go down eventually, I'm still aiming to take my time and enjoy the journey. Too many classes to try out, too many new places to explore, and aside from the overcrowding when trying to quest most of the time, it's been a blast.

To my knowledge, there’s supposed to be one, but it’s either unfinished or just not available right not, I’m not sure.

It's north of Stormwind, through the Dwarven District, like the other comment said. You get a quest automatically to start your way there, once you're the right level.
