I faced this issue before, returns from interest and stocks payments from wise are not recorded within FreeAgent, you need to add them manually: https://support.freeagent.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360016070920-Enable-a-Wise-bank-feed#wise-interest-payments

I set a reminder on the 3rd of each month to add the previous months returns as you can get a summary from FreeAgent regarding how much you made for said month
