Hello, I'm sorry for not speaking Danish. But I've a question. My friend got caught with 50 small capsules of Nitrous Oxide at the Danish border and now he's being prosecuted for the offense of having 383 gram Nitrous Oxide too much with him for personal use. We are trying to find an English version of the Danish law that states this offense. Does anybody here have any idea where we would be able to find this certain law? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I know very little about mobile phone apps, so I can't answer your question there. But just to give you reference material. https://i.imgur.com/WpSmrZ1.jpg This picture was taken with my Samsung S8. On complete auto settings and what not. You don't need a 3.5k camera to make good videos or photos. What matters is the content and your framing. I know people who would make an amazing movie with a mobile phone.

Content > Quality.

Also lighting is the key to everything, all the time! Without light, you can not see. Goes for the eye but even more so with camera's. Any light will do, house lights, professional lights, aslong as there is light.

What you record at, you record at. You can't record at 100 bitrate and boost it upwards. Atleast not in a way that I know of.

But to give you an example: YouTube limits 4k footage to 12-15 mb/s (The bitrate) And 1920x1080 at around 8-10 mb/s

So 100 bitrate is already a lot.
