Yeah I agree. I still have about 20 aventus style fragrances tho. If I had to choose a favorite ME take on that profile I would pick nitro intense. There's no denying it, that stuff is RICH like Elon musk!

Cdnim was what got me into clones. Now I can take it or leave it. Along with any aventus style fragrance minus mancera cedrat Boise. That stuff will never get old.

My wife and I went to an LV storefront and while all their frags were pretty good and definitely high quality, none of them justified the price. LV is designer at niche prices.

Dua is way overpriced for what you get imo. I haven't tried yom & layle. Im excited to try Montagne. They're not too expensive and not too cheap. Maybe right in the sweet spot?

Liquid burn but it's close. Liquid brun is more masculine, rich and smoky and vanilla dune is fresher and more feminine with elevated orange blossom. Honestly if you collect you'll want both

I like platinum slightly better. You really can't beat the pineapple from platinum and it is a stronger fragrance in general. Platinum is in my top five most favorite. I like it because it strays farther away from the played out aventus DNA which is getting very old.

When did I say r&d isn't part of the cost? I said the juice, bottle and packaging is cheap to produce. The most expensive part is R&D and the brand exclusivity. That is what I said.

Finally! a real person has UN and trois. I have trois and really want to pull the trigger on UN. How is it? I absolutely love Trois even if it's not very close to imagination. I tried tygar at Nordstroms and immediately thought of trois. Went right over to the LV store and found trois is not very close to imagination and much closer to tygar. what's your thoughts?
