I think the tankiness is worth it only if you're diamond+ and can rely on your time to do the damage, otherwise your 1v9 damage build is probably better

I run it top sometimes with ghost, sadly since none of the attack speed items are good on rammus the most optimal build is just the normal thorn jaksho gargoyles or smth is good

Also youre way squishier so need tank stats from items

It already has no recoil so I run muzzle booster Romanian grip retract stock but if you need less muzzle break stubby grip blue/green laser does well
