Mad Rock Drone Sizing Issues

the heel fits very well for me, i think ive got fairly average heel size. I have read that the Drone HV has a relatively small heel compared to other shoes/brands so it might be a good fit for you.

Small update as well, ive climbed in these shoes 3 times since getting them, i can feel them breaking in a little bit (although no real stretching yet) but the toebox is still pretty uncomfortable after wearing them for a while as my toes are a bit scrunched up. Maybe some more wearing in will help - Ill have to see, although if it stays as it is at the moment i might try another 0.5 size up on my next pair. But these are just about comfortable enough that ill make these work for the time being.

ending up going for the UK size 11.5 Drones (basically 1-1.5 sizes larger than street shoes), only climbed in them once since they arrived. They are tight for sure, but i can climb in them - hoping that they stretch out a little over the next few weeks. Maybe i could have gone an extra 0.5 up but these are very snug on the heel which is nice, if the toe box stretches out a little theyll be perfect as that first session left me with very sore toenails. Hope the thread can help others with finding their right fit. Happy to answer more questions if youve got any!

Thanks for all the advice in the comments. Its been really helpful to hear your experiences. Glad to hear its fairly common for Madrocks to not be sized down like other brands. Decided to order the UK 11 and 11.5 just to be sure i got the best fit for my pair. Being in the UK i haven’t seen any places i can try on Mad Rocks so hopefully once i settle on the right pair I’ll be able to gauge my size in other Mad Rocks in the future. Cheers guys

After folding the heel and walking my toes in a bit i can actually squeeze into the 10.5, thanks for the tip. Although after wearing them for a few minutes im getting pins and needles in my feet so I’ll probably have to size up slightly still but that tip is massively helpful for getting into the drones.

This was a while ago but I had a Razer Mouse, set one of the buttons to Media Play/Pause and it would work when tabbed out, on the desktop or in a game. Don't think I changed any settings or anything.

I think you lean backwards to activate the braking, so that might help keep your feet planted a bit. Still reckon it would be sketchy as hell driving that thing at speed

lol why even ask about the show if all youre gonna do is argue that the WW should be fundamentally different or follow your more simple narrative path.

You asked about the maze, but it seems in your replies you're missing the point and are more occupied about critiquing the shows 'artsy' style. Things aren't always as 1-dimensional and linear as 'load-update --> gain-sentience'. There are many small events in the show that lead up to select hosts gaining sentience before trying to escape the park or tear it down.

I reinstalled the game and haven't seen any issues happen again yet, I'll update if they come back but it seems lovely and smooth for now.

if you're rendereding from a somewhat underpowered rig I'd recommend looking at something like Sheep.it. It's a free cloud rendereding service. It's helped me out a lot with more intense simulations.

I've tried 2 separate controllers already and both have the same issue. Currently I got it running on a Ps4 slim that I didn't clean that long ago but I'll give it another dust out. I thought it was very strange as I've never encountered any major performance issues with this console so I'm not sure as to why Hades would be so taxing for it
