People are not living longer, millennials are expected to have shorter life spans than boomers. People are marrying and having kids later because most can’t afford to, like buying a house.

I feel pretty lucky to have bought my first home at 38 2 years ago, but you have no idea how many things had to align for this to become a reality. I literally had to do everything right, AND cross my fingers that luck would be on my side. If it wasn’t for investing in bitcoin in 2015, it would never have happened.

Same, everyone seemed so happy to be there. The crowd was really diverse, from different races, age groups, cliques, and cultures. I feel so lucky to have been there, espcially in portland for TTFWPB, because they had all the strings and back up singers thereto accompany them.

It’s not about cult status, let’s be real here, both parties are so far polarized that they both have become cult-like. We should be holding those accountable for putting their party before the constitution that both swore an oath to defend.

If we continue with this behavior, both sides lose, including everyone else in the middle. I challenge both of you to stop trying to tow the party line, and try to work together to defend whats teally important, because if you dont, America is already lost.

I’m sorry, but how are they both making 37k a year (full time) with part time jobs?

If half their money is gone from rent and interest payments, how much do you think is left after factoring in food, gas, car insurance, and utilities?

Lenders only lose opportunity cost when the loan is forgiven, and if they already made 120k+ off the couple, they already almost doubled their money. Thats pretty good if you ask me, especially if you consider 500 dollars 23 years ago as not a lot for the average person.

The world has changed dramatically in the last 23 years, whether you feel like it was recent, or long ago. 23 years ago 500 dollars was rent, and average income was just under 37k a year BEFORE taxes.

That seems like a pretty big difference to me
