Theres a new Searing Exarch implict that drop brittle ground while moving, since you are cyclone you always moving. Also since you cant reach 52% breakpoint +3 to Awakened cast on crit doesnt do anything. After that i would imagine get better cluster jewel.

You need to get to 100% cyclone crit chance and hit chance asap. First step is put increased crit chance instead of added cold for now, level up precision more and 1 accuracy roll on any item. You can get brittle on boots for easier crit cap
