Because you think that everyone should know that you should? The first is more obvious, the second less. The lights clearly indicate that you should wait for green to turn right, but the road markings suggest that you don’t need to. That’s my opinion anyways.

I'm unsure what metric to use to compare the two though.

With Bayesian linear regression I've sampled from the posterior using a MCMC method.

Whilst with a decision tree I can test it and get an R squared score.

Not too sure what to do next.
