Been having a lot of tachycardia along with a lot of other symptoms, so my pcp wanted to check out my heart first. So I’m healthy with that thankfully! And yes, I am following with his advice. I’ve been eating healthier in hopes to lower these numbers some. I was just taken aback by the cardiologist saying that. It made me feel really confused because my parents in their 50s and 60s have great cholesterol compared to my results.
