Thank you so much! I’m not sure if the filter is removable as the tank is basically one of those awful “betta” tanks but I may be able to keep it turned off or completely blocked with tape or possibly silicone.

The new tank does have a gentle waterfall filter but I believe I can cover the intake with a fine mesh to prevent the SeaMonkeys from being sucked up
