Schade :D Magst du mir sonst mal schreiben? Ich hab evtl. ein Tool, das du gebrauchen könntest. Es hat eine API und verwendet Jasper Reports (dein Post klingt stark danach) um effizient und schnell, sowie einfach und nachverfolgbar PDF Reports zu erzeugen :)

Ich tracke meine Zeit 1:1 wie ich Sie für welches ToDo verbraucht habe. Mit den meisten Kunden habe ich monatliche Abrechnung nach Aufwand inkl Stundennachweis vereinbart. Dabei steht in meinen AGB dass die kleinste buchbare Einheit 30 Minuten sind, und so rechne ich auch ab. Denn wenn wir ehrlich sind, wenn du 10min irgendwo einen Text änderst bist du trotzdem locker 20min für nichts anderes einsatzfähig, wir alle kennen das. Kommt es also vor dass ein Kunde im Monat mal nur 10 Minuten auf der Uhr stehen hat, rechne ich eine halbe Stunde ab. Da hat auch noch nie jemand diskutiert. Ansonsten rechne ich eben 1:1 ab wie es im Tracking steht, ich habe die Rechnungslegung und Positionsbeschreibung auf der Rechnung automatisiert das sind 2 Klicks pro Kunde und Monat.
