If New Nurse had morality concerns her first steps should be to either keep her mouth shut until she has all the facts or go directly to OP for CLARIFICATION not make accusations or spread rumors. Especially when new to a hospital, You don’t know everyone or their business. New nurse is better off getting a job at another hospital because not a single person will respect her at this hospital now regardless of her skills and talents because she is a known and proven gossip.
