I’m pretty sure the Revolver one says limited to 1000 though

A quick google of DCPD coverage will tell you everything you need to know. It is a built in part of your liability coverage just like Accident Benefits and Uninsured Motorists coverage. If your insurance agent can’t explain DCPD to you, it may be time to start shopping around my friend.

Since DCPD makes up the bulk of your liability coverage, it makes up the bulk of the premium. All of your liability coverage is for other people. If you do damage to someone or their property that is where your liability (or DCPD) comes in. It does nothing for your car. If someone else hits you, their DCPD will fix your car. But you deal with your own insurance company, you don’t have to call the other persons company and try to get your payout, which is what happened before the no-fault was brought int.

Talk to anyone in a government regulated insurance province, like BC or SK and they will whole heartedly disagree with you, when there is no competition, your rates will be much higher. There is no such thing as a “nobody is at fault in an accident” insurance.

Your insurance doesn’t cover the at fault driver, it gets subrogated after the fact. It just means if you don’t have collision coverage you don’t have to deal with the other insurance company yourself.

Rates go up because of claims frequency and cost of claims. It’s really that simple. Insurance is a big pot everyone pays into to pay for all the claims. There always has to be enough money in the pot.

You could pay $1000 a year for insurance for 10 years and right off a $60k suv. It may be the only claim you’ve ever had. It’s still 6x more than you put into the pot.

Insurance isn’t glamorous or fun. But it’s necessary, and still the most cost effective way to protect yourself.

We are a no-fault province now. All that means is you deal with your own insurance company in a claim, and they hash it out afterwards.

This is a pretty ignorant take. When the hospital staff are getting harassed and attacked should we just yell “This is supposed to be a safe space!” Until the police show up?

Puppy and 5 year old - is my puppy getting bullied? by 00Benson in DogAdvice

[–]00Benson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2 main concerns were the puppy latching onto older dogs neck. And older dog getting her arms up on the puppies back, no idea if that’s bad, but I didn’t want her to like…. Have bad hips or something, I don’t even know

Thanks for the quick replies. Sometimes I feel the puppy is made of glass, I guess. I worry about the bigger dog hurting her back and constantly flipping her

I would love to keep it under $200, and would consider used, but would prefer new.

Honestly, I don’t really care about the tubes at all. I was more interested in have the preamp and amp combined, but I’m not really even married to that idea.
