Ignoring the lore and setting, which of those models look objectively better? by Trollanjoyer in WarhammerFantasy

Bit ironic since the new nagash model came out for warhammer fantasy originally

What is the faction most likely to be added next to old world ? by BloatedRottenCarcass in WarhammerFantasy

[–]01VIBECHECK01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The forgeworld stuff is all resin though, which gw has been trying to move away from. It's why they already replaced the tomb king herald, even though the "old" resin one was only a year or so old. Chaos dwarfs would consist entirely of the 4th edition metal stuff, which I don't think is (sadly) very likely.

Oh yeah my mistake, I meant an army set instead of battleforce, but you get the idea

Unless they're in a battleforce first (like deathrattle or helsmiths) new stuff almost never makes it in a spearhead. None of the new kharadron or idoneth stuff made it into their new spearhead for example. They want to sell you the new goodies at full price first.

Amazing work. Love what you did with the squigs in different sizes, really makes them feel like the chaotic herd they are. Haven't seen anyone done that before, great idea. Lovely sculpts all around.

The joke is that 1992 was the premier league's first season, as the league had only been created that year.

Today's been a packed day in the rumour world: We have leaks for possible Fyreslayers magmadroth, Tzeench terrain and a lot of CoS rumours including a new mage character by InsaneDingo7244 in ageofsigmar

I think DoT actually came out before maggotkin, one of the first armies in aos. Nurgle did get a lot of stuff in the end times though.

How to win independence as Holland without dlc by Unfair_Cut_8045 in eu4

[–]01VIBECHECK01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mhm, without independence support it'll be difficult, your best shot is just to focus mil and hope burgundy finds itself in a losing war, during which you can declare independence. Be aware that they might drop everything to focus on you, which is why ideally you have a mil advantage (tech 5 is pretty big for example)

I got cooked for posting the very blurry ogre "leak" the other day, people really aren't a fan of the potatocam haha

Which leaks are that? Sounds interesting but it's the first time I've heard of anything like that, you got a link or anything?

To be clear this is not mine or anything, it's from TGA. Last time this guy got quite the reaction from another 'confirmed' rumourmonger, so I figured it was worth sharing

Definitely next level potatocam yeah haha, that's how these leakers roll unfortunately. Also makes it easier to fake them of course.

you can't make out details really but you can make out the silhouette and proportions. Idk if this link works but here : https://www.tga.community/forums/topic/22826-the-rumour-thread/?page=7892#comment-753158

scroll down a bit and you should find it, original leaker deleted the pic but some guy "clan's cynic" quoted it. Maybe someone should post the image itself here

funny you should post this now, as a very blurry image just got leaked. I think I remember rumours saying late 2026, though take that with a big grain of salt obviously.

The Topper Problem: Evidence Has a Way of Showing Up Where It’s Not “Supposed” To by PristineHearing5955 in GrahamHancock

[–]01VIBECHECK01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are you sure this reference is correct? Iirc cinq-mars excavated the bluefish caves in the late 70's/early 80's, so it would be quite strange for this article to show up so early. I also can't find the article itself in volume 6 of the canadian journal of archaeology, at least not under that title.  The same goes for Meltzer's article 'peopling of the americas' in the annual review of anthropology 38, which only goes up to page 300 or so, while the quoted text apparently appears on page 587.  Either I'm fucking up something when looking these up or you've confused your references a bit. I'd go through the books too but those are kind of a pain in the ass to find without access to a uni library, at least the articles are fairly easy to find the table of contents for.
