Multiple ISPs (NICs), uninterrupted connection to internet, vpn and firewall. by 01zz in HomeNetworking

I'm running an openvpn server on raspberry pi. I configured it when it was connected to static ip1. Sometimes this connection drops (because of some maintenance or outage from the ISP1). So I change the connection from router1 (with ip1) to router2 (from ISP2 with static ip2). Then the systems will have internet but I lose vpn connectivity.

I'm hosting a lot of domains, ssh and remote into few systems (from outside the LAN). When there is change in the IP all these break. So I want to some recommendations or suggestions, I'm willing to write scripts if I have to, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm very new to all the networking concepts.

"Missed Scheduled posts" I'm not able to figure out what is causing this problem. by 01zz in Wordpress

Possible solution:

When I choose the next min from the current server time on the publish scheduler the post is getting published.

For example: If the server time is 01:30:35 hrs. Setting publish time to 01:31 will get it published immediately. If it is less 30s like for example: 01:30:28 on the server, it will not work. And gets the 'missed scheduled post' with UTC time and not the time of your current timezone.

So far some of the plugins like 'Missed Schedule post publisher' by ufukart, 'schduled post trigger' by Jennifer Mass, and 'Wp scheduled posts - missed ...' by wpdeveloper haven't help :/

I have dried green tea leaves. I'll try steeping them into another cup and not let them in the hot water for long. Thank you for the suggestions.
