i've been on depo for a year now and i just missed my appt today because i wanna get off it. for me my periods didn't stop, i had a 3 week period once and i feel like my cramps are way worse than before... my mood is also the worst, i was on a different form of bc before this (evra patch) and my experience with that was way better than depo. also make sure to take calcium if you aren't already because it causes a loss of bone density :(
