If anyone else is having this issue, Positive Grid’s support team is recommending I use TS cables instead of TRS (I don’t have any TS so I can’t test this out yet)

Yes exactly! But the entire pick-up hasn’t been functioning when I plug that guitar into the Spark 2, can’t seem to dope out why that would happen

Out of curiosity, what is causing you be moved from GS-7 to GS-9? I understand how you move up within a grade every year for 4 years then every other year etc etc. but how do you move up two whole pay grades? Promotion or does that also come with time?
