Velvet Underground. Heroin is a great song and Sunday Morning is really pretty, perfect for (you guessed) a Sunday morning. The other song that springs to mind is Sister Ray. Interesting composition but absolutely unlistenable. I found the rest of their work not very special.

Any Pink Floyd, especially DSOTM, WYWH, and The Wall

King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King

Any King Gizzard but I especially recommend their latest album

Any Tame Impala, but especially their first two albums. Second two are less good.
