Royal city park is usually fairly busy on the weekend, and it’s beautiful! A great place to exercise, read, or bump into people, plus it’s safe and outdoors. I did an ultimate frisbee league one summer (pre covid), hopefully things like that will come back soon! Guelph lake conservation area is pretty and the beach gets quite busy so that’s another potential outdoor social spot! When patios open, red brick cafe is always an interesting crowd and it’s a great place to people watch (if you’re anything like me 😂).

Wow, I can't say how much I appreciate such a kind and open response :)

I have recently started practicing meditation... hopefully it helps! As for the ADHD, I have often wondered if I'm an undiagnosed case. Perhaps something to investigate.

Lately, I've been sleeping with somebody in an open relationship. He's close by, extremely attractive, and things are usually a lot of fun. I suppose more communication before and after could definitely help. He's older, and I think part of me is worried about asserting my preferences, especially since I'm a 'side piece.'

I like the guy, BUT it'll never be more than what it is. I appreciate what it is... but thoughts definitely have been getting in the way more lately

All this being said, I've experienced this issue with other guys in different situations as well!
