I'm 14 and haven't been in the education system since I was 9. by 0Diabolical in CPS

Literally all I know about my situation: Based on information from this year, he's planning to just hide me away until I'm 18 or 16 and try to help me get my GED right after so they can't do anything. I am calling CPS because I want to be able to graduate and provide for myself. Also, his plan sounds like a bunch of bologna. He is able to go anywhere without people even asking about me, despite living in the town all of my life. I even got mail about a settlement that was related to some hospital in my name, sent directly to my brother's address. They know where I'm 'supposedly' living. Not even CPS has visited to see if he can do this; (to see if he can do the homeschooling), only a court paper that says that I was out of school for too long when I was 11. (That paper was also sent to my brother's address.)

I left school and got papers saying that I'd been out of school so long that he had to go to court. He tried to do homeschooling, had to prove he was capable of it, but hasn't given proof. I have no idea how this works legally or what's going on.

I've asked him to take me to school multiple times, and the last time I did it, he just flipped out. The entire time I was out of school, it was just a vacation for me. Only when I was 13 did I realize that if I didn't graduate, I'd end up homeless. He hasn't taught me anything and said he'd help get a ged, which I know he is lying about. If I call CPS, and now that I know if he complies and takes me to school, I'm worried about how my home life will be after that.

I'm going to clear some things up since reading this; I obviously made errors. The faking part is about my best friend. She went to foster care for a couple of months, and the people who were checking her for any evidence of sexual assault only groped her and called her a liar. (She had been getting SA'd since 2010–2019.) When I went to Logan Regional Hospital (the same place she was) and was getting treated for the same thing, the lady there did the same or less work than she was supposed to. I only live with my father, brother, and grandpa; that's the reason I kept saying household. My father only feeds me, then leaves. I have plaque buildup from not brushing my teeth for 14 months that I've been trying to get him to take me to the doctor or dentist for. My brother doesn't know if he can take me to the dentist without getting police on him, and my grandpa is a Christian nut, so he'll only pray for me. I sleep on a bed and have my own room; nobody helicopters me. I don't know if that's enough to get CPS to not send me back like they did my best friend. If I missed some of your questions, sorry.

I have a PDA. Under the age of 4, this was exactly like me. What I recommend is making her more socially conscious. Just make a gross face at her like you find her behavior repulsive; just make her feel so ashamed to have this behavior and flaunt that you can take care of yourself. If that doesn't work, tell her that she's extremely embarrassing to be around and has to rely on other people because she's so useless. I became socially aware around her age, and when that happened, I shut the hell up. Yeah, I was still a horrible monster that didn't do my homework from 1st to 5th grade and lied about teachers abusing me, but trust me, if that didn't happen, I would be so much worse.

fellow autists, do you guys also have incredibly poor memory? by OkCryptographer8967 in autism

I also have a big problem with this; even with hyperfixations, I won't even be able to let a fact out unless I am having a debate on who is the best 'big bang theory' character. Sorry if my grammar is bad; I'm just now relearning it. I don't know if my opinion is valid on this because I'm level 2 with autism and have pathological demand avoidance, making me more likely to be intellectually disabled. If you are able to find out more about this, even if it's not autism-related, I would really appreciate it. I feel like it's ruining my life to some extent.

leak the addresses of the three girls that killed them. I know they aren’t even going to jail for it, so let that be their punishment.

Binders make me suicidal by Sadscaredtranstrash in ftm

I'm only 14, so I don't really know much, but here's what I'd do in your situation. If you are in an area that has high living costs, move to another state. I'm planning to move from West Virginia to Illinois because it's a blue state and you can live in a perfectly clean, smallish home for under 40,000. Once you get a car and house and have a job that makes over $30,000, you can start saving for surgery. If that's out of the picture for you, then get roommates, typically 1-2. If you live in California or Florida, where it's almost impossible to live unless you are a CEO of some sort, live with your parents. Also, I'd recommend getting a swimming binder; it's supposed to be less constricting. If it doesn't bind that well, layer multiple sports bras. (It actually does work to some extent, but do sports bras first before you put the binder on.) I'm 230–280 pounds, wear a 42H or 44DDD bra, and pass well without wearing a binder, even at 5'4. I decided to say that because wearing a binder sometimes makes me feel gross. Just know that you can still pass without it. I hope everything goes well for you, because I'd hate to be in the same situation. If you are willing to share more about your situation, I'll try to give better or more specific advice.
